Shipping & Fulfillment-
All our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by a trusted third-party production and logistics partner.
Shipping time: Typically 12-28 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the weight, type of item, and quantity of items. Thank you for your understanding.
Where is my order shipped from?
Our production partners have fulfillment centers in the USA, Europe, and other regions. Your order will be printed and shipped from the location closest to your delivery address.
Returns & Refunds-
Since every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us at nivfadlon12@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please include a photo of the issue.
Returns due to buyer’s remorse or wrong sizing are not accepted, so please double-check your size before ordering.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment.
